URGENT OPENING!
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work for a successful and expanding organisation in Crowborough who also have offices in Europe.
This will be a permanent role working Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
- Working as part of a small team to assist with the smooth running of the accounts office
- Processing and posting purchase ledger invoices
- Using Xero software, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Raising payments and bank recs
- Supporting teams outside of the UK
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months experience within a similar role with a good understanding of the accounting process.
Be able to work as part of a team, with good keyboard skills.
