The role

  • Answer inbound calls within agreed timelines, responding to customer enquiries
  • Respond to written customer communications, using both templated and freestyle email communication
  • Maintain accurate details of conversations
  • Provide advice and information

The person

  • Previous call handling experience essential
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally / written
  • Good problem solving skills

Hours

35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (0800-1600 / 0900-1700 / 1000-1800)
