Our client, a firm of Solicitors based in Tonbridge, is looking for a Receptionist / Float Secretary to join their team.
The successful Receptionist / Float Secretary will be reporting to the HR Director, and will provide Admin support through general reception duties in order to offer clients the highest quality of service possible. Previous legal receptionist experience would be preferable. You will also be providing Float Secretarial support, so previous secretarial is required.
You must have a good understanding of a Receptionist role in a professional office, and be familiar with the workings of a reception and switchboard.
You will also have a friendly personality, be well presented and attentive, organised and a good communicator.
Your main duties will be:
You will be providing secretarial assistance during busy periods, and periods of sickness and holiday, as required throughout the firm. This will include typing of letters, documents, forms and attendance notes using a digital dictation system (BigHand).
The hours are 9.15am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch.
