Our client, based in Sevenoaks, is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator, on a minimum 6 month contract.
The organisation is the UK division of a Financial Corporation, and is a leading global provider of title insurance and settlement services, for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The organisation is a leading insurer of risks involving title and related areas of property and property finance. They have a unique range of policies to help lawyers involved in residential property transactions resolve both known and unknown title issues, and help problem transactions close on time.
Their commercial and residential online facilities enable their clients to order and issue a fully underwritten policy in minutes, at any time of the day or night.

They are currently developing a new system in-house, to replace these on line facilities which is a major change programme.

They require a temporary, experienced Administrator to assist with the implementation of the new systems.

Temporary Administrator Role
The temporary Administrator will be involved in a range of administrative activities including:

  • Data input of client information onto in house system
    • Checking data is accurate and up to date
    • Calling clients and/or carrying out online research to clarify information as required
    • Identifying issues in a timely manner and ensuring issues are resolved
  • The successful temporary Administrator will have excellent organisational skills. A confident telephone manner, gained within a professional environment is essential for this role. Previous data cleansing experience, eg for a CRM system, would be desirable.

    You must be highly organised, have a meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent client liaison skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also display initiative and a pro-active approach to work. You must also be well presented, confident and be flexible in a busy environment, as well as being able to commit to a 6 month assignment.

    Excellent IT skills and competency using MS Office applications, ie Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is essential, as is the ability to handle confidential data in a professional manner. Previous data cleansing experience is also desirable.

    The hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
