Our client, a well regarded and established print company, based just outside Tunbridge Wells, is looking for a proven Sales Executive to join their already successful team, and help to expand their business.

Our client provides a range of services including brochures, leaflets, direct mail, reports, in-store promotions, package and other demand led collateral to businesses and organisations including notable brand names. You will have a good knowledge of the printing process, be proficient in generating new business, self-motivated and deliver high levels customer service.

In return you will be rewarded with a good basic salary, commission, mileage allowance and other benefits.

Your main responsibility will be to sell and manage the company's services in order to achieve individual sales targets.

You will also be required to:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets
    • Generate new clients on and on-going basis.
    • Liaise between the client and the Company's internal resource
    • Be proficient in written communication; emails, letters, cost estimates etc
    • Make a relevant contribution in areas where you are non-revenue accountable, consistent with that of a sales executive, such as brainstorms, other internal meetings and maintaining the Company's image and personality.
    • Gain the respect of other staff by being reliable, hardworking, helpful and a good team member
    • Comply with the Company's reporting procedures.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and:
    • Be able to make a sales presentation to new and existing clients demonstrating your excellent communication skills.
    • Have the ability to effectively liaise with colleagues, suppliers and other third parties
    • Have the ability to communicate customers' needs to facilitate planning of the business’s future direction and growth.
    • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the sales process in regards to the print market
    • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the print process
    • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Company's history, capabilities and service led approach
    • Be able to efficiently manage communication between the Company and the client on all projects from start to finish.
    Ensure provision or client services are of a quality consistent the Company's standards
    • Become the focal point of client contact
    • Maintain ongoing and effective client relationships.

    You will also:
    • Achieve agreed sales targets
    • Achieve agreed profit targets
    • Have the ability to understand projects effectively, to achieve the company revenue targets.

    You will be required to:
    • Demonstrate ability to use the relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office.
    • Ensure attendance at all relevant internal meetings.
    • Attend relevant external business and networking meetings

    The salary is 25 - 30k + commission, with an immediate start. There is parking onsite.
