This is a permanent role working for a successful company who have over 100 million pounds worth of investments in the UK as well as in Europe. The company’s Head Office is based in Switzerland.
Working in a small friendly team you will be managing the day-to-day queries from customers. This will involve monitoring alerts, taking details of faults / maintenance issues and arranging repairs. You will be booking Engineers visits and providing the customer with updates and feedback.
Suitable applicants will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to manage customer expectations. Good administrational and IT skills are essential with confident Word and Excel skills.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730.
