Our client, a well established company based in Sevenoaks, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a new position within the company, and the successful Administrator will be reporting directly to the M.D.

The ideal Sales Administrator will be a motivated and dynamic person, with good commercial awareness, previous experience in budgets, invoicing and delivery notes.
You will be working in a small team, responsible for the Company's administration, covering all areas of admin from Customer Service, Production Planning and Internal Sales to Invoicing, Purchasing and Stores and Transport.
You will also be liaising with the Factory Supervisor.

These areas will involve:

Customer service - Ensure the Company meets all their customer’s requirements, on time and in full, maintaining their reputation for high quality Customer Service.

Stock - Manage stock levels to maintain continuous production without exceeding stock targets.

Purchasing - Cost saving opportunities to be identified and implemented whilst maintaining good Customer Service from all suppliers.

Production Planning - Along with Production Management, plan the weekly production runs to meet customer requirements whilst maximising production efficiencies.

Transport - Assist in planning internal and external transport to meet customer needs, whilst minimising transport costs.

Invoicing - Manage invoicing along with finance, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Internal sales - Manage communications and sales with all customers.

The hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Own transport is preferred, due to location, and there is parking on site.

They can offer you the chance to work on fully integrated campaigns, with a great mix of global clients. You will get involved in the strategic planning of accounts and be part of the creative team to really drive campaigns and develop brands, both in the UK and internationally.

Core Responsibilities:
-This client-facing role requires you to deal with journalists on a daily basis and you will need to build strong professional relationships with them and other useful industry contacts
-Your communication and written skills will be impeccable, as will your attention to detail
-You should be able to hit the ground running and have good knowledge and experience of handling 360 degree PR campaigns. -This should include generating stand out and national media coverage, from securing awareness for clients in the form of thought-leadership speaker opportunities, awards submissions and brand collaborations, to measuring and evaluating campaigns
-You will be required to undertake traditional PR activities as well as marketing, social media and promotions to support our clients
